This project features two villa models, Gante and Toulouse.

Villas Gante: These are 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes spread over two levels, designed to enjoy fantastic views of the mountains, the golf course, and the sea from various terraces. The spacious basement at pool level offers the freedom to have a suitable leisure area for the summer, in addition to increasing the usable space of the villa.

Villas Toulouse: These homes feature 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in a charming single-level design. The open-plan living-dining-kitchen area is exceptionally welcoming and harmonizes perfectly with the natural and bright surroundings typical of our villas. This layout blurs the boundaries between cooking, dining, and socializing areas, promoting a more integrated and fluid living experience. Additionally, the home is connected to the outdoors, with exits from various rooms.
